A special announcement from Chef Austin Simmons:
It was very exciting to see many of the restaurants opening on May 1st, as a sign of life getting back to normal. First of all, I’d like to personally thank you for your support since mid-March. We never anticipated our take-out business would be this popular; keeping us occupied and employed, allowing us to serve the community including the frontline families. We made the decision to delay our opening to fully understand the new requirements and the impact it will have on our concept, our partners, and most importantly you – as our guest! Thank you for your understanding.
We have always had stringent food and safety protocols in place, but we’ve used this additional time to take extra steps for a clean, comfortable environment for you and our partners. You’ll notice limited seating with tables spaced apart, as well as guest sanitation stations for you to use. All partners will participate in wellness screenings with temperature checks, and are required to wear a mask and gloves. We kindly ask you help us practice social distancing inside and outside by referring to the decals we’ve also put in place.
While resuming in-house dining is a positive step forward for us, we understand you may want to continue enjoying The Kitchen favorites from the comfort of your own home. We will continue offering contactless curbside pick-up and delivery through third-party services from Favor.

Updated Uniforms | All partners are required to wear masks and gloves as part of their uniform.
Social Distancing | Markers are in place to promote 6 ft. of separation for social distancing.
Sanitation Stations | Hand sanitizer is provided for guests throughout our stores.
Cleaning Routines | Frequent cleaning of tables and chairs, with special attention to high traffic areas.
Deep Cleaning | Our stores will be sanitized, disinfected and deep cleaned regularly.
Mobile-friendly Menu | QR codes will be in place to view our menus online; disposable menus also available.
Payment and Pick-up | Curbside pick-up and payment are all contactless; we will remain cashless.
