There is something special about the changing seasons. As patio weather beckons, The Kitchen has been busy crafting a new lineup of dishes that celebrate vibrant citrus, oak-grilled depths, and coastal inspirations. From a power lunch to a breezy weekend brunch our new menu items are designed to bring a world of flavor to your table right here in the heart of The Woodlands.

Happy Hour Exclusive

Carnitas Tacos

Available only during Happy Hour, these tacos are the perfect excuse to clock out early. We feature tender pork carnitas topped with melted mozzarella and a vibrant grilled jalapeño-onion relish. Finished with cilantro, radish, scallions, and a zesty tomatillo salsa verde on corn tortillas, they are the ultimate companion to our $4 draft beer. And gluten free to boot!

Note: These are a Happy Hour ONLY, so be sure to join us Tuesday through Friday, between 3pm to 6pm to get your fix!

New Starters & Small Plates

Ahi Ceviche & Avocado

Looking for the ultimate light bite? Our Ahi Ceviche is a masterclass in balance. Premium Ahi tuna tossed in a bright Asian citrus marinade is paired with the creamy texture of lemon-pepper avocado and our house-pickled mango. For a touch of heat we add candied jalapeños, then red onion and mandarin orange and serve with crisp corn tortilla chips. There’s a heap of  Texas sunshine in every gluten friendly scoop.

Blistered Shishito Peppers

The perfect “shareable” for the table. We char these peppers until they are perfectly blistered and serve them with a savory miso aioli and the unmistakable crunch of crispy garlic. They are addictive, mild (mostly!), and the perfect gluten friendly starter for a relaxed dinner.

From the Sea

Scallops & Poblano Creamed Corn

For those who crave refined coastal flavors, our Scallops & Poblano Creamed Corn is a standout addition. Tender seared scallops sit atop oak-grilled corn, red onion, and cilantro. The dish is tied together with a luxurious white wine Parmesan sauce and a hint of lime, offering a smoky yet elegant profile.

Key West Cuban Sandwich

We’re bringing a taste of the islands to The Woodlands. This isn’t your average Cuban. We layer house-roasted pork and smoked ham with an unexpected twist: grilled pineapple and basil pesto. Finished with dill pickles, baby Swiss, and pressed on authentic Cuban bread, it’s a sweet, savory, and herbaceous upgrade to a timeless favorite.

Weekend Brunch Spotlight

Crab Cake Benedict

Brunch at The Kitchen just got an upgrade. Our Crab Cake Benedict features two perfectly poached eggs nestled on golden crab cakes and toasted English muffins. We add a layer of lemon arugula and tomato for brightness, then finish it with our velvety house-made hollandaise, chives, and a dust of paprika. Served with fresh seasonal fruit, it’s the sophisticated start your weekend deserves.
