Meet Chef Austin Simmons‘ latest creation at The Kitchen: the Vindaloo Burger!

It’s inspired by Chef Kaiser Lashkari of Himalaya Restaurant & Catering in Houston, who Chef Austin has gotten to cook alongside with in the past.

The Vindaloo Burger is made with our exclusive Black Wagyu and Charolais ground beef patty, vindaloo barbecue sauce and seasonings, pickled onions, scallions and served on a brioche bun. Vindaloo is one of the most popular Indian flavors, making this burger a must-try!
